Are you ready for change?
Together, we'll find a new path forward
I see adults who have tried several medications, seen more than one prescriber, and still don't have a diagnosis that holds. I take deprescribing as seriously as prescribing, and I hold the therapy and the medication myself, in the same hour.
I practice psychiatry the way I believe complex cases require it: with adequate time to hear the whole history, direct access to your physician, and a plan built on your case, not the last prescription.

The Difference at My Practice
Traditional psychiatric practices see many patients in brief appointments, leaving little time for the kind of thorough reassessment a complicated history requires. My practice operates differently.
Direct access means you can reach me when a medication needs adjusting, not leave messages and wait for callbacks. A small panel means I already know your history when you do.
I treat deprescribing as its own piece of the work, not an admission that prior care failed. Some medications may stay. None stay simply because stopping was never discussed.
Complex Presentations I See in Adults
These are the complicated presentations I take the time to actually understand before anyone writes a prescription.

My Approach to Complex Psychiatry

Every Case Starts with a Full Reassessment
I review all available records, take the full history directly from you, and often coordinate with other providers to understand the whole picture. This evaluation may span multiple sessions.
Then We Build a Plan Together
From this foundation, we build a plan suited to your specific case. This may mean reconciling a long medication list one variable at a time. It may mean coordinating with specialists, therapists, or other physicians whose input matters to your case.
Direct Access Throughout Treatment
Complex cases often involve developments between visits: a medication that causes an unexpected effect, a stressor that worsens symptoms, a question that comes up unexpectedly. Direct access to your psychiatrist means these get addressed promptly rather than left to wait.
I consider prior diagnoses, every medication tried and why, what helped even briefly, and what didn't. I review prior records and coordinate with other providers to build a complete picture before anything changes.
Reach Out To Learn More
The first step is a confidential conversation about your history.
During this initial discussion, we'll talk through your history, answer questions about how I practice, and determine whether this is the right fit.
Reaching out about a complicated history can feel like a big step. I try to make it a straightforward one.
